I get this weird thump coming from the front left side of my yxz, I think its been 3 weeks now, been thinking it'd go on its own but nah tlll now, and it happens especially when hitting bumps or rough terrain. It's not very loud, but it's definitely noticeable and I've checked the suspension, everything seems tight, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue or knows what might be causing it.
any help would be greatly appreciated, TIA

I haven't experienced that myself, but it could be the steering components or bushings, small issues like loose bolts or CV joints can cause odd noises

Try checking upper or lower A-arm bushings since they are the root of all evil (thumps) when they wear out lol. And also check the shock mounts, they might look tight but they could still be worn.

Check your skid plate, sometimes a loose bolt on a skid plate or aftermarket guard can cause noise when hitting bumps.

What's the thump sound exactly? Would you be able to capture an audio of it or something so we can help you figure out? There's a lotta reasons for a thump, let's just isolate a couple.

I had the same kind of issue with my old RZR. It ended up being a slightly loose lower A-arm bushing that only made noise when it was flexing. It took me a month to find it because everything looked like it was tightened down. Hopefully, your problem is just as easy to fix.

Oh, sorry I would have tried to get an audio but the car is currently at an auto shop
